Brad Vien Psychotherapy

I’m Brad and I’m a therapist for Depressed Dads.

You’re on this page because you’re a dad who feels depressed, disconnected, even numb to life, who works hard to support his family, but rarely feels seen, heard, or recognized by those around you.

You’re whole life you’ve been told that a real man doesn’t show his emotions. A real men doesn’t talk about his feelings. A real man is strong and stoic and, most of the time, silent.

So, that’s what you’ve done as an adult – as a husband, as a father – you’ve sucked it up and carried the weight of supporting your family on your shoulders in silence.

But, now you’re tired, burned out, stressed out, overwhelmed, depressed, and wondering if there’s more to life. Your relationships and work have suffered. You feel like a failure. Most importantly, part of you knows you need to talk to someone, but you’re not sure how to talk about your feelings or even to whom

My passion as a licensed therapist for depressed dads is to provide men like you a safe space to share about your struggles where you will be seen and heard. I’m here to help you to build your confidence, to strengthen your relationships, and to once again identify and connect with all that is valuable and important to you in life.

You deserve to be heard, you deserve to find healing, and you deserve to live a fulfilling, confident, and purposeful life.
