Brad utilizes Simple Practice for telehealth video visits, to maintain therapy records, for HIPAA compliant messaging, and to process all payments. You can download the Simple Practice app for clients in the App Store or Google Play store on your iPhone or Android device.
Please provide notice 24 hours before your session to avoid a late cancellation fee. The cancellation and no show fee is the full session fee.
Brad is an out-of-network (ONN) provider. However, many insurance plans will reimburse for out-of-network services. A superbill can be provided after each session if you wish to submit for ONN reimbursement with your insurance plan. Please ask Brad for assistance if you have questions about this process.
