Brad utilizes the third-party platforms Alma and Headway to manage the administrative burden of accepting insurance. Patients who wish to use their insurance to pay for services will need to sign-up with Alma or Headway.
Please provide notice 24 hours before your session to avoid a late cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is the full session fee.
Brad is in-network until summer 2025 with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Oxford, and Empire BlueCross BlueShield.
Brad will be transitioning to self-pay only in Summer 2025 and will no longer accept insurance after that time. However, if you have insurance, many insurance plans reimburse for out-of-network psychotherapy. Ask Brad for help learning about your out-of-network benefits to help with the cost of psychotherapy.
